Community meeting on Rail Fire set tonight in Prairie City

A community meeting is set tonight in Prairie City to discuss the Rail Fire. The Fire Team will be on hand to provide the latest information on the fire, air quality forecasts and firefighting tactics. 

For the latest information on the Rail Fire visit InciWebFor the latest air quality ratings and maps showing monitoring stations around the state check out the Oregon Department of Environmental Quality's Air Quality Index. You can also visit  EPA's AirNow to receive air quality alerts where you live.

Tonight's meeting starts at 6 p.m. in the Senior Center, 204 McHaley Street.
