After a couple of days of improved air quality, residents of Estacada experienced Unhealthy air for a time this morning (September 23). Smoke levels are decreasing now at midday as the day warms and the smoke lifts. Similar degraded air quality conditions could occur again tonight and into the early morning hours as smoke settles with cooling temperatures.
